PhishTitan

Active Users: These are M365 active licensed users. The number is updated daily based on the active user license. An active user does not necessarily have a PhishTitan license.

Licenses Issued: The total number of licenses issued by you to all of your customers.

Licenses Purchased: Total number of PhishTitan licenses purchased by an MSP from TitanHQ. Billing is based on the number of licenses purchased from TitanHQ.

Protected Mailboxes: List of the mailboxes protected by PhishTitan, which includes aliases and shared mailboxes.

Total Customer License Usage shows the number of Active Users, Licenses Issued, and Licenses Purchased over a specific period of time.

You can select and de-select the labels to add and remove items from the graph:

In the Active Users/Licenses Purchased section, you can compare the combined total of your customers' active users to the overall number of licenses that were purchased from TitanHQ.

In the License Usage per Customer section, you can view a comparison between the number of active users per customer and the number of licenses that customer has been issued.

All Customers is a list of all customer accounts that have been added to PhishTitan. You can issue licenses to a customer during account creation or by editing a customer account from this table later.
