PhishTitan Levels of Access
PhishTitan has two levels of access - MSP and Customer. An MSP Admin can navigate to the Customer level where they have the same view and access as a Customer Admin.

MSP  | Typically, this is an MSP Admin managing their customer accounts. An MSP Admin can drill down into a customer account and have the same view as a Customer Admin for that account. | |
Customer  | Typically, a business-level Customer Admin who is managing their own PhishTitan account. |
