Managing Phishing Campaigns

Go to Phishing Simulation > Phishing Campaigns to see details of all your phishing campaigns. They are divided into two groups, which can be accessed by selecting either the Active or Not Active tabs at the top of the page. All Active and Planned campaigns are listed under the Active tab, and all Completed and Deleted campaigns are listed under the Not Active tab.

From this page you can do the following:

  • Create phishing campaigns by selecting Create Campaign. See Creating a Phishing Campaign.

  • Delete phishing campaigns by selecting one or more checkboxes, and selecting Delete.

  • Send a test lure to either yourself or another recipient. See Send a Test Lure.

  • View sample lures for a better understanding of lure categories. See View Sample Lures.

You can also view the Phishing Campaigns table:

  • The Active tab opens by default when you select Phishing Simulation > Phishing Campaigns and displays all active and planned phishing campaigns.

  • The Not Active tab displays phishing campaigns that you have deleted and campaigns that have been completed.

  • Use the search box PT-Phish-Sim-Search-Campaign.jpgto search the list of phishing campaigns. The list will automatically update as you begin typing.

  • Select the column column-icon.jpg icon to display the column names. Slide each on and off to view or hide a column.

    • Campaign Name: The name of the phishing campaign. To view details of a specific campaign, locate the campaign in this column, and select the link to learn more.

      Note

Only completed phishing campaigns, which are shown in the Not Active tab, can be accessed. It is not possible to view the details of a deleted campaign.

    • Customers/Active Users: This is the number of customers enrolled in the campaign and the combined total of their M365 active licensed users.

      Note

If you have just created a campaign or enrolled customers in a campaign, you will need to refresh this page to see the updated number of Active Users.

    • Start Date: Date on which the phishing campaign begins sending lures.

    • End Date: Date when the phishing campaign finishes and lures are no longer sent. Note that a Continuous Campaign has no end date.

    • Status: Indicates the state of the phishing campaign, based on the following:
