First, remove the PhishTitan journal rule from your Azure account.

1. Go to the Microsoft Compliance portal and select Solutions >Data lifecycle management > Exchange (legacy) > Journal Rules.

   

2. Select the checkbox beside the PhishTitan journal rule and then Delete.

Change the NDR email address.

1. Select Solutions > Data Lifecycle Management > Exchange (legacy) > Settings.

   

2. Remove the NDR email provided by TitanHQ and replace it with a new email address managed by you.

Remove the Outlook Add-in for all users.

1. From the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, select Show All. Select Settings > Integrated Apps > Deployed Apps.

2. Select THQ for Outlook > Actions > Remove App. This will remove the Outlook Add-in for all end users.

   

Lastly, delete the PhishTitan Enterprise App, using either the Azure portal or Entra Admin Center.

1. Log in to your preferred portal, and go to Applications > Enterprise applications > All Applications.

2. Select the PhishTitan Enterprise App > the Properties tab > Delete.
