View SAT Campaign Details

From the SAT Overview page, you can drill down to specific details about a SAT campaign. For example, you can see who is enrolled in the campaign and when training modules are scheduled for delivery. You can find these details by following the steps below.

  1. Go to Security Awareness Training > Overview. In the All Customers table, locate the campaign in the SAT Name column that you want to view. You can filter the results by using Search or click on the column name to sort.

  2. Select the campaign to view specific details, which are displayed in a new window.

    The details are separated into two sections, the Header and the All Users table.

Header

  • Send Date: Date that training is emailed to users.

  • Completion Date: Date by which training must be completed by users. Following the completion date, users will no longer be able to access the training.

  • Active Users: The combined total of the customers' M365 active licensed users.

  • Completion Rate: Progress bar indicating how many users have completed the training.

All Users Table

  • User: Name of the individual enrolled in the SAT campaign.

  • Email: User's work email address.

  • Scheduled: Date and time that the training is scheduled for.

  • Module: Name of the training module.

  • Status: Indicates the delivery status of the training module as follows:

    The training is scheduled for the date shown in the Scheduled column.

    A status of Delivered means that the training assignment notification has been successfully delivered to the recipient's inbox.

    An Undelivered status means that an attempt was made to notify the recipient of the training assignment, but it was not successfully delivered to their inbox.

  • Completed: indicates the user's interaction with the training.

    Assigned

    The training module has been assigned but not completed.

    Completed

    User has completed the training on time.

    Not Completed

    The link to the training module has expired and has not been completed.
