SAT Monthly Reports

As an MSP admin, you'll be emailed a monthly Excel report, detailing your previous month's active SAT campaigns. You can see a summary for all your customers in the Summary tab and individual customer data in subsequent tabs.

Summary

When you open the report, the Summary tab is the default view. The Summary (All Customers) section displays the following details:

Note

Data from SAT campaigns that were deleted during the month is excluded.

  • Customers with SAT License: Number of customers with a SAT license.

  • Enrolled Users: Number of users that were enrolled in a SAT campaign this month.

  • Modules Sent: Number of modules sent to users this month.

  • Modules Completed: Number of modules completed by users this month.

  • Modules Not Completed: Number of modules not completed by users (for campaigns that completed this month).

  • High Risk Users: Number of users who did not complete all modules (for campaigns that completed this month).

  • Average Completion Rate: Average percentage of users that completed security awareness training for the month.

In the Summary by Customer section, you can view:

  • Enrolled Users: Number of customer's users that have been enrolled in SAT campaigns.

  • Average Completion Rate: Average percentage of customer's users that completed security awareness training for the month.

  • % of high risk users: Percentage of high risk users belonging to that customer.

Customer Details

Select the Details tab for a customer to see a list of their users' SAT activity for the month.

The Summary section shows data related to the users of a specific customer for the month:

  • Active Campaigns: Number of campaigns the customer was active in for the month.

  • Modules Sent: Number of training modules sent to users for the customer.

  • Modules Completed: Number of training modules completed by the customer's users.

  • Modules Not Completed: Number of training modules not completed by the customer's users.

  • High Risk Users: Number of customer's users who didn't complete assigned training modules for campaigns that completed during the month.

  • Average Completion Rate: Average percentage of the customer's users that completed security awareness training modules for the month.

In the Users Enrolled in Security Awareness Training section, you can see the following information:

  • Name: Name of the user enrolled in a SAT campaign.

  • Email: The user's email address.

  • SAT Campaign: Name of the SAT campaign the user is enrolled in.

  • Send Date: Date when users are enrolled and emails containing links to the campaign training modules are sent.

  • Campaign Completion Date: Date by which training must be completed by users. Training must be completed by 11:59 pm on this date.

  • Module: Name of the training module assigned to the user.

  • Status: Indicates the status of the module.

    The training module has been assigned, and the link is active, but not completed.

    User has completed the training module on time.

    The campaign completion date has passed, and the training module link has expired and hasn't been completed.

  • Module Completion Date: Date when the user completed the the training module.

Profiling

Select a customer's profiling tab to find a concise summary of data related to the SAT and Phishing Simulation activity of their users.

Note

Data relates to all time; not just the previous month.

The Summary section provides the overall data for all active users who have received lures and been enrolled in SAT.

  • Total Users: Combined total active users who have received lures and been enrolled in SAT.

  • Campaigns: Total number of SAT campaigns.

  • Modules: Total number of training modules the user has been assigned. This includes active, not completed, and assigned modules.

  • Completed: Total number of completed SAT modules.

  • Not Completed: Total number of SAT modules that were not completed before the campaign completion date.

  • Completion Rate: Overall percentage of SAT modules that were completed.

  • Lures Sent: Total number of lures sent.

  • Lures Clicked: Total number of times lures were clicked.

  • Avg. Click Rate: Percentage showing the number of lures clicked in relation to the total number of lures the user was sent.

  • Reactive Training Completed: Reactive Training refers to SAT modules that are automatically assigned to users when they click on a phishing lure. This is the number of assigned modules the user has completed.

In the User Profiling section, you can see the following:

  • Name: Name of the user.

  • Email: User's work email address.

  • Security Awareness Training Data: The data in this section is based on users enrolled in security awareness training campaigns.

    • Campaigns: Number of SAT campaigns user has been enrolled in.

    • Modules: Number of training modules assigned to the user.

    • Completed: Number of training modules completed by the user.

    • Not Completed: Number of SAT modules that were not completed by the user before the campaign completion date.

    • Completion Rate: Percentage of SAT modules that were completed by the user.

  • Phishing Simulation Data: The data in this section refers to users who were sent lures:

    • Lures Sent: Number of phishing simulation emails sent to the user.

    • Lures Clicked: Number of links in phishing simulation lures clicked by the user.

    • Click Rate: Indicates the percentage of lures clicked by the user. The percentage is calculated by dividing the number of lures clicked by the number of lures sent and multiplying by 100.

    • Reactive Training Completed: Reactive Training refers to SAT modules that are automatically assigned to users when they click on a phishing lure. This is the number of assigned modules the user has completed.
