Users

Note

The Users menu is only available to the primary MSP admin. The primary admin is the admin added to the MSP account when it was created.

The reference to Users on the MSP level refers to MSP admins.

The primary MSP can go to Admin > Users to view and edit current users and add new users.

  • Viewing Users: The list of users shows the following details:

    • Name: Name of the user.

    • Email: User's email address.

    • Login ID: Login ID of the user.

    • Access Rights: Displays the type of access the user has:

      • Full Administrator: Users with full administrator access can perform all the operations the primary MSP admin can perform, but do not have access to the Users menu.

      • Technical: Users with technical access can perform the same actions as the full admin, but cannot add new accounts or users.

      • Reporting: Users with reporting access can view all items on the MSP account and corporate customer account, but cannot make any changes.

  • Adding Users: The primary MSP can create users with full access or alternatively, technical or reporting access. See Adding Users for further details.

  • Editing Users: The primary MSP can select a user and then Edit to modify the user's details. See Editing Users for more information.

  • Deleting Users: To delete users, the primary admin can select a user, and then Delete. See Deleting Users for additional details.
