Appendix C: Use Cases for Replies from Secure Portal via Opportunistic TLS
In Email Security > General, you can allow email replies from the secure portal to be delivered directly to the identities inbox and not to the secure portal, by turning on the slider Deliver replies from the Secure Portal directly to recipient's inbox. To understand how enabling or disabling this option affects email replies, the following table provides a list of examples.
