Known Issues with WebTitan

The following are known issues with WebTitan Errigal.

  • If a customer admin email is updated in Settings > Administrators, that change is not reflected in the Profile > Security screen during the same session. Log out and log back in with the updated email to resolve.

  • When an MSP admin changes the logo in Settings > Interface the new logo does not publish to the footer until the page is refreshed.
