Inbox

The Inbox shows all the secure emails received by you.

From the Inbox, you can do the following:

  • Compose an email: See Composing an Email for help.

  • Search: Enter a word or part of a word in the Search box to search emails.

  • Refresh: Select Refresh to see the latest emails.

  • Open the email: Select the email to open it. When you do this, the following options are available:

    • Reply, Reply All: Select these options to reply to one or more recipients.

    • Forward: Select Forward to send the email to someone not included in the original email.

    • Delete: Select Delete to delete the email.

    • Print: Select Print to send the email to your printer.

  • Open an attachment: If the email contains an attachment, you'll see it above the email text. Click on it to open it.

  • Sender Notification: If the sender has requested a notification to confirm that you have received the email, you will need to select Proceed in order to view the contents of the email.

    If you select Reject, you won't be able to read the email.

  • Time limit: If the sender has set a time limit for accessing the email, you'll be notified.

    You'll have an option to Try opening if the email is within the time limit. Alternatively, if the time limit as passed, you'll see that you can no longer open it.

  • Remove: To remove an email, select the checkbox beside it, and then select Remove to move it to the Deleted box. To undo a deletion, go to the Deleted box, select the email and then select Restore.

  • Mark as Read/Unread: Selecting these options lets you revert Read emails to Unread status and Unread emails to Read status. Select the checkbox beside the email that you want to revert and then select Mark as read or Mark as unread.

  • Archive: If you want to move an email to the Archived box, select the checkbox beside it, and then select Archive. To undo this, go to the Archived box, select the email and then select Restore.
