Corporate Customers

Go to Admin > Corporate Customers to add and edit corporate customers.

You can also see a list of your corporate customers with the following details:

  • Company Name: Name of corporate customer.

  • License Type: The selected product when creating the corporate customer account.

  • No. of Licenses Issued: Displays the number of licenses that have been issued to the corporate customer.

  • No. of Licenses Assigned: The number of identities set up on the corporate account.

  • Managed by: Shows the entity that added the corporate customer and who also manages the corporate customer.

  • Domains: Shows the domain(s) set up on the corporate customer account.

To manage how the list is displayed, you can do the following:

  • Search: To search for a corporate customer, enter part or all of the name in the search field and press Return.

  • Refresh: Select Refresh to update the list.

  • Show All: Select Show All to display the corporate customers whose licenses have expired. Deselect the Show all checkbox to display only corporate customers whose licenses are still active.

  • Managed by me: When checked, shows all the customer accounts managed by the MSP.

  • Filter: Select the filter ET-Filter-icon.jpg icon, and enter the text to filter the column display.

  • Column Selector: Select Column selector to add more columns to the screen.

Additional actions are available at the top of the Corporate Customers screen to help you add and manage your corporate customers. Follow the links below for additional help.

Note

Some of the following actions only become visible when you select a corporate customer from the list.

  • Add: To add a new corporate customer, select Add.

  • Licensing: Select Licensing to add a new license or edit an existing license.

  • Manage Corporate Configuration: If you have managed customers, then select Manage corporate configuration to drill down to the corporate customer’s account.

  • Email Security: Select Email Security to set encryption rules for the emails sent by users for the selected corporate customer.

  • Edit: If you want to modify details of a corporate customer, select Edit.

  • View Customer: Selecting View Customer lets you view the details of a corporate customer account.

  • Export: Selecting Export lets you export the corporate customer’s details to an MS Excel sheet.
